Justin Timberlake mugshot revealed – along with what he told cops after DWI arrest in Sag Harbor

Justin Timberlake appeared with bloodshot eyes in the mugshot taken shortly after he was arrested in Sag Harbor for driving under the influence.

The image, obtained on Tuesday by DailyMail.com, shows the singer staring into the camera with a stony face, moments after he was arrested.

Timberlake had been drinking with friends at the American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor when he decided to get behind the wheel of a BMW and try to drive away.

He was arrested and subsequently refused a breath test. He told the police: ‘No, I’m not doing a chemical test. I refuse! I refuse!’

He was unsteady on his feet and failed his field sobriety test. Police observed him failing to stay on the right side of the road before pulling him over.

Timberlake had been drinking with friends at the bar of the American Hotel in the Hamptons city on Monday evening.

One witness told it The New York Post that Timberlake was “wasted” before his DWI burglary and was even seen drinking someone else’s drink from another table.

The unknown person told the outlet, “He was drunk. At one point, just before closing, someone got up to go to the bathroom and left their drink on the table.

‘When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] drank his drink. The man says, ‘Justin, that’s my drink!’.”

The newspaper also reported that Timberlake told arresting officers he had “just one martini” before “following his friends home.”

Since then, footage from nearby surveillance cameras has also emerged showing his BMW driving through Sag Harbor in the early hours of Tuesday.
