Justin Timberlake looking to sell Tennessee home for $10 million after buying it for $4 million in 2015
Justin Timberlake waves “Bye, Bye, Bye” to Tennessee and hopes to sell his property for a whopping $10 million, eight years after buying it for $4 million.
The former NSYNC singer has listed his 127-acre lot in Franklin, about 20 miles south of Nashville, just a few hours from his hometown of Memphis.
The vast land offering offers unique mountain views and an abundance of green space perfect for horseback riding, fishing and mountain biking.
In addition to the amenities for the nature lover, the accommodation also has stone walls and is close to the pleasant village of Leiper’s Fork.
The new buyer will also be in good company with celebrity neighbors in the area such as Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
News of the listing follows rumors that he will be reuniting with his former bandmates and making new music for the first time in 20 years.

The singer and actor is on the verge of making a huge profit when he finds a buyer for the estate, which was first purchased in 2015.
With two private entrances, the property is also a secluded paradise for nature lovers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. One of the main entrances has a covered bridge that creates a welcoming and rustic atmosphere when welcoming guests to the property.
For those with an affinity for the water, Dobyns Branch Creek runs through the area, giving life to the heavily green area.
At present, it does not appear that a home has been built on the site.
In addition, the prospective purchaser could face development issues as a conservation agreement has limited the scope of development.
It’s unclear what prompted Timberlake to put the land on the market and whether he and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, are seeking another plot of land in his home state.
However, it wouldn’t be surprising, an insider told me American Weekly in 2021 that they enjoy raising their sons — Silas, 8, and Phineas, 2, — away from the spotlight and LA.
“They both prefer country life. It’s great for the boys because they have so much space and freedom,” the source told the outlet.

The insider said in a 2021 interview that it was always Timberlake’s dream to raise his children in the same condition and love of nature as he did.
“He always said he wanted to settle down there and raise kids,” they shared.
“Jessica loves it there, but she also wanted a place in the mountains, so they have a place in Big Sky (Montana). That way they can have the best of all worlds,” they said.
In a 2018 Instagram post, Timberlake said he was proud to be from Memphis and Tennessee while promoting his book “Hindsight.”
“Memphis isn’t an easy place to describe, but when you come from there you’re proud of it. I know I am,” the singer wrote.
