Justin Timberlake arrives in Sag Harbor court to plead guilty to DWI

Justin Timberlake appeared in court today to finalize his plea agreement after he was arrested on a DUI charge in the Hamptons on June 18.

Timberlake still faces six months of suspension of his New York driver’s license after refusing to take a breathalyzer test when pulled over.

The pop star was arrested in the early morning of June 18 after a night out with friends in the exclusive Hamptons enclave of Sag Harbor.

He was arrested after ignoring a stop sign while driving his BMW X7, police said.

The singer initially refused a breath test, telling police, “No, I don’t do chemical testing. I refuse! I refuse!”

He also claimed to the arresting officers that he had only had “one martini.”

The singer was unsteady on his feet and failed his field sobriety test. Officers had seen him not staying on the right side of the road before they pulled him over.

According to reports, local officers were following the pop star and saw him swerving across the road, forcing officers to detain him.

Once he stopped, officers noticed the singer had “glassy eyes” and a strong odor of alcohol coming from him, the police report said.

The father of two was given an alcohol test and was asked to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused.

According to reports, the Cry Me A River creator was staying at the posh American Hotel before the incident.
