Justin Timberlake has been embroiled in controversy since he was arrested for DWI nearly ten days ago, but he and his wife Jessica Biel have reportedly moved past the incident.
‘They moved on after the arrest. They have confidence in their legal team and continue to focus on their work and family,” a source said People.
The former boybander, 43, has not let the arrest deter him from continuing his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. He returned to the stage for the first time since the arrest in Chicago last week.
Jessica, 42, was also seen dancing in the audience during his show at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.
“They always support each other’s careers,” the insider said.

“Jess would never miss a show if she could be there,” the source added. “She’s excited for him.”
The Cry Me A River singer also shared a video on Wednesday of his wife and team taking part in a ‘Swedish candy taste test’ while he was backstage.
But many fans weren’t thrilled with the erratic displays in the comments, condemning the embattled NSYNC member for allegedly trying to distract himself from the aftermath of his DWI arrest earlier this month.
“You really are someone who didn’t close your comment section lol,” one person wrote, though many of the negative comments were quickly suppressed by positive comments that didn’t reference the controversy at all.
Another poster called the videos “Damage control,” and several people complained that the clips seemed “clunky” or “fake.”
“Look how normal we are and how we just ignore what happened and how good everything is,” someone else wrote.
But others stood up for Timberlake, with one fan writing: ‘People in the comments act like they’re saints and have never done anything wrong. You guys are hilarious.”
Another supporter commented: ‘Some of you are funny as hell. You cancel people and pretend you’re perfect.’
Timberlake showed fans a lighter side of his ongoing Forget Tomorrow World Tour when he invited his wife Jessica to join him on a “Swedish candy tasting.” He sampled treats from Swedish candy company BonBon in Wednesday’s Instagram Reels video
In a second video, his 42-year-old actress wife approvingly munched on some sweets before other members of Justin’s crew gave their reviews.
Justin was arrested around 12:30 a.m. on June 18 when a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer pulled him over in the village in the Hamptons, New York, after allegedly running a stop sign and drifting out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7, according to court documents.
“His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, his breath smelled strongly of alcohol, he was unable to focus his attention, his speech was slower, he was unsteady on his legs, and he scored poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” according to court documents.
The so-called “Prince of Pop” told the officer he had had one martini and was following some friends home, the documents said. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, according to the court documents, which listed his occupation as “professional” and said he was “self-employed.”
