Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has taken the opportunity to watch his former club Mainz during the international break.
Klopp was present at the MEWA Arena when Mainz took on MSV Duisburg in a friendly match.
The 56-year-old was seen grinning as the Mainz fans unveiled a stunning tifo display before the match.
It was at Mainz that Klopp began his long career as a manager, taking charge of the club between 2001 and 2008.
In total he oversaw 270 matches, winning 109, drawing 78 and losing 83 before leaving to manage Borussia Dortmund.

Klopp started his illustrious career as a manager at Mainz between 2001 and 2008
In 2003–04, Klopp led Mainz to a third-place finish in the second division, securing promotion to the Bundesliga. They were relegated at the end of the 2006–07 season.
Klopp also spent most of his playing career at Mainz, representing the club between 1990 and 2001.
He scored 56 goals in 340 games for Mainz.
Klopp, who is much better known for his career as a manager, won two Bundesliga titles while at Dortmund and also won the DFB-Pokal.
Since being appointed Liverpool boss in 2015, Klopp has won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup in addition to the Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup and Community Shield.
Last season was frustrating for Liverpool, who finished fifth in the league, but they will be determined to respond this season.
