The former Foreign Secretary, 67, is in a relationship with Perth man Stephen Gray, with the couple appearing to have been together for several months.
The pair are seen in photos shared to Ms Bishop’s Instagram, where she first debuted it in July 2023.
Although little is known about Mr Gray, his Facebook profile shows him proudly behind a cafe racer-style motorcycle, wearing a black leather jacket.
He also shared photos of a yellow Ducati bike parked along the harbour.
Ms Bishop’s name and ‘partner’ Steve Gray appeared together on the guest list for the Australian Grand Prix’s Glamor on the Grid event on Wednesday evening.
However, the former Liberal Party deputy leader has made it clear she will not attend and will instead be back in her home city of Perth.

News of Ms Bishop’s new romance comes almost two years after her ex David Panton, 62, reportedly dumped her during a dinner in Sydney in July 2022, ending their eight-year relationship.
During their partnership, Ms Bishop took Mr Panton to the United Nations to meet world leaders, to Buckingham Palace to interact with the British royal family and to the White House where he met Donald and Melania Trump.
The couple first stepped out publicly in 2014 and have been pictured at numerous celebrity events over the years, including Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough’s wedding in 2018.
Ms Bishop was believed to have been ‘blindsided’ by the sudden breakdown of the relationship, sources close to the former politician said.
