She accessorized her look with a black Dolce & Gabbana clutch and amped up her height with designer heels.

The former foreign minister completed her look with her new shorter hairstyle, which has set tongues wagging.

The It girl in the eastern suburbs wore a poncho-style shirt and parachute pants, adding texture with what looked like a black and white knit of some description.

Elsewhere, former AFL star Adam Goodes, 44, was dressed to impress in a stylish lavender suit, teamed with a maroon knit.

Kate Waterhouse, 40, was also present.
