Julianne Moore is effortlessly chic with husband of nearly 20 years Bart Freundlich in NYC
Julianne Moore showed off her casual sense of style as she enjoyed a getaway with her husband, Bart Freundlich, on a walk in NYC on Thursday.
The Still Alice actress, 62, who stars alongside Euphoria’s Sydney Sweeney in the Apple TV+ movie Echo Valley, smiled as she chatted with the movie director, 53.
The Oscar winner opted for a chic, monochromatic ensemble by slipping into loose, dark gray jeans.
She also donned a black turtleneck that was partially hidden by a black double-breasted coat to help keep her warm in the cool breeze.
The mother-of-two wore a pair of white sneakers to make walking through the busy city streets easy and comfortable.

Julianne accessorized her look for the day by adding a gold chain necklace that rested on top of her sweater, along with a pair of small, dainty gold earrings.
A black cap was placed on top of her long locks and fell effortlessly past her shoulders.
A cross-body, black handbag could easily be slung over her right shoulder to hold a few items she needed during the day.
Her husband, whom she tied the knot with in 2003, also stayed on the simplistic side for the leisurely stroll.
The film director put on a pair of tan pants along with a black hooded sweatshirt zipped up to the collar.
He paired his outfit by donning a gray puffer jacket and like his wife, the producer also donned a pair of white sneakers securely fastened with laces.
The two lovebirds will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary later this year in August and also share two children together: daughter Liv, 21, and son Caleb, 25.
During an interview with People earlier this year in February, Julianne opened up about the exciting milestone and also discussed the secret of their long-lasting marriage.

“I’m glad my marriage is thriving and intact,” she gushed to the outlet. “That’s really great.”
In regards to what led to the pair having a long-term relationship, Moore commented, “I think you both have to want to be together.” Find someone who is as interested in you as you are in them.”
The actress then said sweetly, “Bart always made me laugh so hard my eyelids start popping up. My God, he makes me laugh.’
In regards to being the parents of two children, who are now adults, Julianne stated that both she and her husband “support them in whatever their choices are.”
The pair first crossed paths on the set of The Myth Of Fingerprints in 1996, a film Bart had directed. That same year, the two stars started dating and later welcomed their children in 1997 and later in 2002.
Julianne and Bart officially tied the knot in 2003 and currently live together in the Big Apple. In 2020, the actress also made her appearance The Drew Barrymore Show about her marriage to Bart, and knowing him for a total of 24 years at the time.
“All I can say is I think you both have to really want to get married,” she explained to Drew, later adding, “I think it’s important if you both invest in it.” You must really enjoy yourself.’
‘I think they should make you laugh, if they don’t make you laugh it’s just deadly. And someone recently asked me if it felt long and I thought, “Odd, no, it doesn’t.”
The two recently collaborated on the same project, an Apple TV+ drama titled Sharper, which came out a few months earlier on February 10. While Moore took on a starring role in the film, Bart was a producer.
Filtering through a busy schedule, Julianne recently spent time filming an upcoming AMC historical drama series titled Mary & George, due out in the UK earlier this year

According to deadline, the actress plays Mary Villiers, Countess of Buckingham, with actor Nicholas Galitzine playing her son George.
The time period is set in the 17th century and is based on the non-fiction novel The King’s Assassin written by Benjamin Woolley.
She has also been cast alongside Sydney Sweeney in the upcoming Apple TV+ thriller, Echo Valley. Julianne plays the role of Kate Garrett while the Euphoria star plays her daughter Claire.
One night, Claire comes home covered in someone else’s blood, prompting Kate to do everything she can to protect her daughter. Variety. A firm release date for the film has yet to be announced.
