The 36-year-old dancer, who recently announced the new cast of Dancing with the Stars, showed off her washboard abs as she cooked in a tiny white bikini bottom.
The blonde beauty danced in her kitchen as she prepared a healthy lunch, which included a protein-packed salad.
The cheerful scene was accompanied by the song Rocketman by Orange Coffee.
She captioned the lighthearted video, “What’s the opposite of #tradwife,” referencing the “traditional wife” trend on social media popularized by influencers like Nara Smith and Hannah Neeleman.

Her post has now received almost 70,000 likes from her loyal fans, who also left encouraging comments.
The star’s adorable brown dog also made an appearance in the clip, as she cradled the animal in her arms at one point.
Later she also went outside, where she enjoyed sunbathing on a light yellow towel in the privacy of her backyard.
It comes weeks after the media figure spoke openly about her sexuality, five years after she revealed she is “not straight”.

“Coming out is one of the most vulnerable and powerful things you can do. I think for me it was very much about being straight, gay, bi, queer,” she explained.
She added: “It’s more about me thinking I’m just learning what love is and I love people and I don’t know what I’m attracted to, but ‘I choose you.'”
The actress noted, “I started seeing people and seeing their hearts and their beauty and their essence in a way that came through. I was like, wow, I love people and I don’t know if it’s sexual attraction or a ‘this’ attraction, but I just see people.
“And that was also a beautiful revelation,” she told presenter Lima.
