Julian Nagelsmann cut short his ski holiday in Austria and rushed back to Bayern Munich’s training ground on Friday, bracing himself for the coup after news of his sacking hit the headlines last night.
The 35-year-old boss was pictured arriving at Saebener Strasse, the home of the Bundesliga giants in southern Germany, early on Friday afternoon, ready to accept his fate after two years at the club.

Nagelsmann was on a ski trip to the Austrian Zillertal, enjoying the international break with his girlfriend of 30 years, Lena Wurzenberger, when he learned of his impending layoff.
