Julia Morris falls ill after posing with Gold Logie nominees including Robert Irwin and Larry Emdur
Julia Morris is ill and blames another Gold Logie nominee.
The I’m A Celebrity presenter attended the Logie nominations last week, where she was nominated for the top prize, before falling ill shortly afterwards.
The 56-year-old immediately pointed to Larry Emdur, who is also competing for gold, and she posed next to him during the event.
“Larry, I think you gave me the man flu. All that air kissing on Gold Logie day killed us both,” she wrote on Instagram.
‘How’s the cough? Hi-ter, really. I hope you’re on the mend (the sick picture of me is from last Thursday. I went to bed. I’m on the mend very much)’.
Larry was quick to respond in the comments, joking, “My dear Julia, you can’t live in the jungle for three months eating rhino scrotum, snake butts, and llama snot and then blame me for making you feel sick?
‘I hope you get better soon, hopefully you don’t have to withdraw from the Gold Logie race, although I would give you $200 (cash) for that.’
Julia also posed next to Robert Irwin that day, but it appears he avoided the disease.

In March, Morris revealed the “creepy” question she often gets asked about her new IAC co-host Robert.
The veteran presenter of the jungle-themed reality show expressed her frustration at the frequent questions she was asked about flirting with Robert, 20.
“That would be creepy. It’s a question I’ve had for the last four months,” she said news.com.au.
Julia also said the dynamic would be different to the brutal rapport she had with Dr Chris Brown, who left the reality show last year for a stint on Channel Seven.
“I keep telling everyone, don’t put icing on the cake while it’s still in the oven because it’s still growing… I don’t feel like I’m mothering Robert. I feel like I’m an equal,” she said.

This came after Julia recently raved about Robert and had nothing but good things to say about her young co-host.
Speaking to Triple M WA’s Robbie Von, Julia opened up about her ‘special bond’ with the young Wildlife Warrior.
“Whatever I thought I knew about Robert Irwin, I can quadruple it with absolute brilliance,” she said.
“I mean, we’ve actually been friends for a long time, but we’ve also spent a lot of time together. Especially the last few months preparing for our trip to the jungle.”
