Larsa Pippen continued to face backlash after reluctantly sharing Guerdy Abraira’s cancer diagnosis, now this time from a castmate.
Julia Lemigova slammed Pippen, 49, for telling the other castmates just six hours after Guerdy specifically asked her to keep the information to herself.
Speak with Page sixthe Real Housewives of Miami star, 51, said Larsa “betrayed” Guerdy, 45, by sharing the diagnosis with others.
“Even though I speak five languages and sometimes I get them mixed up, ‘in confidence’ in English means in confidence,” Lemigova said.
“And Larsa didn’t respect that,” she continued. “So she messed up, and that’s not okay.”

Lemigova noted that Guerdy was “very, very clear” about her instructions, and said Larsa robbed Guerdy of the moment to tell others.
“She said, ‘You’re the fourth person in the group I told.’ She stole Guerdy’s moment to tell her friends, to tell the world. This is not okay,” she said.
The revelation hit close to home for Julia, whose wife, tennis legend Martina Navratilova, recently announced she was cancer-free after a battle with stage 1 throat and breast cancer.
Martina was also diagnosed with a non-invasive form of breast cancer in 2010 and had a lumpectomy performed.
“Martina, when she was diagnosed with cancer, very few people knew,” she explained. “The people she shared it with never betrayed her. I feel like Larsa betrayed Guerdy.”
Pippen previously defended herself against the backlash, insisting she had the right to reveal the diagnosis.
The reality star took to Instagram to comment on a preview of the RHOM episode in which Larsa opens up about Guerdy’s breast cancer, with a fan caption of the clip stating that there was “no justification” for Larsa’s actions.
‘I called and texted Guerdy after she called me a fake in the press. She never responded,” Larsa wrote. “We argued back and forth, which wasn’t shown, but then she told me she was diagnosed with breast [cancer]. I was shocked and I wanted to rally the girls to support her.”
The fan who shared the video — which featured Larsa breaking Guerdy’s news to castmates Lisa Hochstein, Marysol Patton, Alexia Nepola and Kiki Barth — said it was “exhausting” for Larsa not to have Guerdy break the news to their friends on her own.

In her Instagram comment, Larsa responded, “I’ve been nothing but a good friend [Guerdy].’
The season six episode, titled Loose Lips, began with Guerdy telling Larsa over lunch that she had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.
‘How do you know that?’ Larsa asked.
“It’s called a mammogram, Larsa,” Guerdy said, crying.
“I’m so sorry, I didn’t know,” Larsa said defensively.
“I want you to give me a safe place where I can be myself,” Guerdy said.

Guerdy said she did not get a mastectomy, but a lumpectomy and radiation. Guerdy said she was going to tell the rest of the girls and asked Larsa to keep the information confidential until she figured out how to tell them.
“What if I went to TMZ and told them,” Larsa joked. ‘Just kidding.’
Six hours later, Larsa hosted a welcome back party for her boyfriend Marcus Jordan, 32, after he had been away for just five days. As soon as her friends Zana and Yami arrived, Larsa told them both that Guerdy had breast cancer.

Guerdy expressed her disapproval of her co-star’s behavior by sharing an Instagram story from a fan who criticized Larsa for the way she “handled Guerdy by telling her about her situation.”
The former model has been dealing with the disease since announcing her treatment in May, but announced at BravoCon 2023 that she was cancer-free.
