Fashion lovers are scratching their heads over the identity of a man who sat in the front row at the Balenciaga Haute Couture runway show during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday in very casual attire.
Video footage shows the man wearing neon orange running shorts, a gray T-shirt and matching gray-orange socks with sneakers, as he sits among several big stars.
As he watched several models showcase the label’s latest looks, he looked very relaxed in his chair, with his legs wide open and his arms crossed.
Several fashionistas took to social media to question the identities of guests.
“Guy wearing neon orange shorts?” one user wrote alongside laughing emojis.
“All I see is the guy who came jogging to the show in his orange shorts,” another joked.
The man in question is none other than the famous German fashion photographer Juergen Teller, who is known for his unique portraits.

He has photographed big names such as Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen and collaborated with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Vivienne Westwood and Marc Jacobs.
Teller sat next to his wife Dovile Drizyte, who is also an artist and his creative partner.
She was seen wearing a T-shirt with a bust size printed on the front, and jeans.

As he watched several models showcase the label’s latest looks, he sat relaxed in his chair, with his legs wide open and his arms folded.
The pair was also photographed together at the Chanel Fall 2024 Couture show on Tuesday, with Teller wearing the exact same outfit.
A week earlier, he was spotted in the same shorts and socks at Naomi Campbell’s A Midsummer Night at NYX Mayfair in London.
The photographer instead paired his outfit with a bright pink crew-neck sweater.
