Jude Law looked dapper as he joined his glamorous co-star Yara Shahidi for the world premiere of Peter Pan and Wendy in London on Thursday.

The actor, 50, wore a smart double-breasted blazer as he battled the rain on the red carpet at The Curzon in Mayfair.

He wore a black shirt under his jacket and added matching trousers with a pair of patent leather shoes to complete his look.

Jude, who plays Captain Hook in the film, wore a thick mustache because of his appearance.

Yara, 23, looked sensational in a dress with metallic tassels, cut-outs and an elegant high neckline.

Joining the duo on the red carpet was Alexander Molony, who plays Peter Pan, Wendy Darling actress Ever Anderson and director David Lowery.

The highly anticipated first official trailer and poster of Peter Pan & Wendy were released by Disney in February.

The film is a live-action adaptation of the beloved 1953 Peter Pan animated classic, which has been reinterpreted many times over the decades.

The story follows Peter Pan, played by Alexander, who never ages and is always looking for fun.

He takes his new girlfriend Wendy, played by Ever – the child of actress Milla Jovovich and director Paul WS Anderson – to Neverland.

That’s where Wendy has the adventure of a lifetime as she meets the diabolical Lost Boys, the courageous Tinkerbell, beautiful mermaids and the enchanting Tiger Lily.

Alyssa Wapanatâhk stands out as the enchanting Tiger Lily. She is a Nehiyaw (Cree) Canadian Indigenous actor from Bigstone Cree First Nation in Treaty 8 Territory, in Northern Alberta.

Pete’s Dragon director David Lowery directed the film starring child actors Alexander Molony and Ever Gabo Anderson.

The trailer begins with Wendy looking at her hands while standing on the beach at Neverland.

The young lady seems angry when she notices magic dust on her wet hands.

She then goes looking for Peter and comes across the Lost Boys. When she points out that not all Lost Boys are boys, one of the girls says, “So.”

The trailer then flashes back to Wendy and her brothers at home when they are visited by Peter, who excites them with his magic.

Soon after, Wendy and her siblings take in the lush island of Neverland that seems like paradise – until the pirates spoil the fun.

Law makes quite an impression as the villainous Captain Hook as he was seen in his signature scarlet coat.

The live-action movie based on JM Barrie’s beloved story is titled Peter Pan and Wendy.

The Walt Disney Pictures feature is an adaptation of the studio’s 1953 classic animated film Peter Pan and will be released on the Disney+ streaming service in 2022.
