Joy Reid rails against Biden AGAIN over Israel’s war against Hamas – a week after hot-mic F-bomb over drone strike killing US soldiers
Joy Reid has once again railed against Joe Biden over Israel’s war against Hamas, claiming she doesn’t “believe in war” and calling herself a “Red Letter Christian.”
The MSNBC host spoke about her hot mic f-bomb moment on The View last week and doubled down on her anti-war stance.
Last week she was caught swearing at the prospect of the president starting “another damn war in the Middle East.”
Attempting to joke about it, she initially said, “I’m going to respond to that with a cute ‘no comment.’
But she went on to say she is a “Red Letter Christian” and a “very anti-war person” — claiming she is part of the “majority” of Americans who are “war weary.”
“I’m kind of a Study War No More Christian, I’m a red-letter Christian,” she said, referring to a non-denominational movement within evangelical Christianity.

Attempting to make a joke about it, the MSNBC pundit initially said, “I’m going to respond to that with a cute ‘no comment.’
“I don’t believe in war, whether it’s the governor of Texas literally trying to start another civil war over an issue that his party could solve tomorrow — there’s literally a bill they can pass and settle the border issue — or that the Middle East is at war.’
“I was deeply opposed to the war in Iraq,” she added. ‘I am an anti-war person. And so I don’t want to say that there’s any specific party to blame, but I think for most Americans, we’re war-weary,” she continued.
‘I think we’ve all had enough of conflict, and we would like to see us progress economically and socially and try to bring us back from the brink of racial hatred. Let’s not go to war at all.’
The host also said Trump had a chance to win the 2024 election.
“Anyone can win if people vote for them, so yes, he definitely has a chance to win. Like you said, every candidate starts with a good 45% and then it’s a matter of the rest,” Reid said.
Last week, Reid was caught swearing about the prospect of another war in the Middle East when she forgot to turn off her microphone.
The MSNBC host aired a clip of President Joe Biden giving a speech about the border crisis when she said she was “starting another damn war.”
Her comment to others in the studio was believed to be about the fallout from a drone strike by Iranian-backed militants on a US base in Jordan that killed three soldiers.
Before the tense microphone moment, Reid attacked Republican leaders who voted against White House policies and then took credit for the benefits.
She said a good example of this is the negotiations for a comprehensive border security and immigration bill.
“One example: Resolving what they say is a crisis at the border, with Congressional negotiators continuing to work on a bipartisan agreement to tie border policy changes to Ukraine financing,” she said.
“This weekend, President Biden said he is willing to take action if Congress is serious about resolving the border issue.”

Reid aired a clip of Biden speaking in Columbia, South Carolina, on Saturday, telling the crowd he would fix the border today if Congress finally passes the bill
These efforts are being hampered by Donald Trump trying to suppress them and worsen the border crisis so he can campaign on it in the elections.
Reid aired the clip of Biden speaking in Columbia, South Carolina, on Saturday, telling the crowd he would restore the border today if Congress finally passes the bill.
Her microphone was turned off after she swore and the first few words of what she said after the clip ended were inaudible.
“I’m still trying to kill the deal,” she said when it went back into effect, she said — almost certainly about Trump.
“He bragged about holding back progress and said if things failed, please blame him.”
Reid quickly apologized for swearing later in the program after being told her comment was being broadcast live.
“Before we go, I just want to apologize real quick. I was chatting during a clip that was playing, and you know, we try to keep this show very PG-13, so I want to apologize to anyone who was listening to my “behind the scenes” chatter. “I offer my deepest apologies for that,” she said.
