The This Morning star, 38, stunned followers with her impressive weight loss as she slipped into the figure-hugging number with dramatic cap sleeves.
She simply paired with a silver necklace and applied an impeccable makeup palette to accentuate her beauty.
Josie styled her long blonde locks in glamorous waves as they tumbled down her shoulders from a center parting.
The ITV presenter thanked those attending the Stars of Social Care Awards, which she hosted over two nights at the London Marriott Hotel.

She previously told The Sun that she was inspired to get fit after struggling to keep up with her four-year-old son Reggie.
She said, ‘I couldn’t catch him [Reggie] – he ran away from me and I struggled to keep up with him.’
After the UK’s third lockdown, the blonde beauty joined WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, to slim down.
She gushed at the time, “I’ve already lost ten pounds. I’m quite tall, so of course it comes off faster. The thing is, for me it’s not just about the weight – I feel great. I feel so good!
“I used to eat a lot, but I can’t tell you what a difference it has made to my energy. I can get up and go. I actually wake up in the morning with a spring in my step – it’s been great, and I’m faster.”
