The TV presenter, 39, appeared on the festive Boxing Day special dressed as a Christmas cracker and sang The Ronettes’ Sleigh Ride to the judges.
It comes after Josie received an extravagant gift from ‘someone special’ as she opened her presents on Christmas morning.
The This Morning presenter spent the big day at home with her son Reggie – her only child with ex-partner Terry Bond.
But Josie hinted at another man in her life after taking to Instagram on Wednesday, where she shared a photo of a newly unwrapped gold chain and a silver cross pendant.
She captioned the post: “Beautiful gift from someone very special.”
The presenter also received a Biblical affirmation card to “help create a positive attitude and strengthen your relationship with God.”
Josie is believed to be single, but recently admitted she was ‘in love’ with fellow presenter Stephen Mulhern, who is currently hosting the Deal Or No Deal revival on ITV1.
The pair were spotted holding hands after appearing on Saturday Night Takeaway, with Josie later joking to MailOnline: ‘I’m in love with Stephen Mulhern. There you go. But the story of my life, I don’t think he loves me.’
The presenter has previously denied that there is anything romantic going on with Stephen and admitted she has to be in love with someone to kiss them and only falls in love once every seven or eight years.

During the video, Josie’s son can be seen chilling on the couch with his family members as he patiently waits for the singer to be revealed.
And when his mother’s face became visible, the little one couldn’t hide his excitement as he screamed and jumped for joy.
“To be with someone or even kiss someone, I have to really love them,” she said OK!
‘I must really be looking forward to it. I can’t surrender my energy if I’m not completely absorbed in it.’
She added, “You know when you get that magical connection? For me it only happens once every seven or eight years.’
After a string of failed relationships, Josie confessed she lives in fear of being devastated again by another failed romance. Stephen, meanwhile, has always been guarded about his personal life.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, she admitted that her past heartache is the cause of her problems.
She said, ‘You know what? I can’t let my heart be broken again, just like I just can’t. I always come across them and they seem like they’re not that good.”
Her time in the spotlight has seen her embroiled in several romances, including her Big Brother boyfriend John James Parton, from her stint in the house in 2010, ex-fiancé Luke Sanwo and Reggie’s father Terry.

Josie declared her single status just days after joking about her unrequited love for fellow TV star Stephen.
The presenter explained how she juggles her time with her TV work in London, including presenting This Morning and living with Reggie in Bath.
About her current romantic state, she said, “If I met someone, it wouldn’t be fair to them. Because I can’t give them the time they need, and two, I have my son, and I’ll never get that time back…
‘So when I take time away from my son and spend it on something that may or may not work out. I’m really going to regret that.’
