José Mourinho is once again at the center of controversy over allegations that he booed one of Lazio’s under-14 players when he stepped up to take a penalty against Roma.
Mourinho, who has spent the last two years in charge of Roma’s first team, was sent off for the third time this season when his team lost 1-0 to Cremonese on Tuesday night.
Two days before his last red card, the Rome newspaper Il Messaggero, via Corriere della SerraThey allege the Portuguese coach had already gotten himself into trouble after booing a Lazio academy star and telling Roma’s youngsters to get on the ground and pretend to be injured.
Their report claims Mourinho first left Lazio’s youth coaches furious when he booed U14 player Alexandru Milou from behind the Roma bench as he took a penalty in Sunday’s game.
Then, with his team leading 2-1, he is accused of urging Roma players to waste time by lying on the ground and feigning cramps.

The alleged incident came two days before he saw red for the third time this year at Cremonese.

Lazio manager Tobia Assumma is believed to have confronted Mourinho about his antics in the youth derby, telling him: ‘No sir, this is not done.’
Lazio are understood to be unhappy with the behavior of the former Real Madrid and Chelsea manager that day, which came 48 hours before he was sent off at Cremonese.
Referee Marco Piccinini showed Mourinho his dissenting marching orders after colliding with the fourth official early in the second half, and the Roma manager continued to point at the latter in protest.
His team was already 1-0 down when he saw red, after Frank Tsadjout had opened the scoring for relegation-threatened Cremonese.
Leonardo Spinazzola equalized the game for Roma with just under twenty minutes remaining, before a Daniel Ciofani penalty saw the home side take all three points and record their first Serie A victory in 27 years.
Mourinho had to watch the second half from the stands, where he was joined by assistant Salvatore Foti, who was serving a penalty on the touchline for insults when the two teams met in the Coppa Italia.
He has since threatened legal action after the fourth official reportedly told Mourinho to “mind his own business” and “go home” in the furious row on the touchline.
