The 43-year-old mother of two wore little more than a colorful zigzag-print thong bikini with white straps that matched her sunglasses.
Jordana is “very old fashioned when it comes to the gym” and is said to do “cardio six days a week,” including “weight training and boxing.”
“It’s a great way to get all your stress out. I actually like it when my muscles hurt and when I’m in pain,” Brewster — who slathered blue zinc on her nose and cheekbones — shared. Men Journal back in 2018.
“I’ve also worked with trainer Harley Pasternak for over a decade and he’s given me a great program. I work two different muscle groups a day, even if it’s 15 minutes. I like deadlifts and squats. I use a TRX for pullups and hamstring curls, and medicine balls for abs. I like to mix it.’
