The former model anxiously twisted her hands, one of which is tattooed with the word ‘Queen’ with a crown on top, as the court heard four charges were being laid against her.

When police arrived, they found the former NRL cheerleader unconscious in the driver’s seat of her white Toyota Yaris.
A Good Samaritan who is “unknown and not related” to her helped her as she moaned loudly, according to the agreed facts.
The former Beauty and the Geek cast member didn’t respond to the police, so they opened the passenger door and got her attention.
Despite the former reality TV star being praised by a magistrate earlier this year for her “really positive steps” towards rehabilitation, she admitted to relapsing into meth use in July.
She “began acting erratically (sic)” and leaned into the passenger seat to say “hey honey” to the empty space, court documents state.
Police noted that Finlayson appeared confused and became visibly upset and distressed. She had difficulty standing and was transferred to a stretcher.
The former Penthouse model told authorities she had been drinking alcohol but couldn’t answer questions because she was so upset.
Finlayson was taken to Ryde Hospital for medical treatment following her drug-fueled car crash, but police facts show she ‘absent from hospital’ without providing a urine sample.
A sample of her blood was sent for analysis and returned positive results for gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB) and methylamphetamine (ice).

In another incident on May 20, an Uber driver tried to wake Finlayson after she fell asleep in the back of his car during a trip to Maroubra.
The driver eventually called the police, who found an “ice pipe” in a small plastic bottle containing a clear substance.
Tests later confirmed it was more than 5 grams of Gamma-butyrolactone, often used as a replacement for GHB.
Two months later, Finlayson was caught driving in Darlinghurst with ice in her system after being stopped for a random breath test.

Police argued that the recent drug driving offense was evidence of “the suspect’s inability to discontinue drug use and seek rehabilitation.”
In the court documents, officers pointed to Finlayson’s “extensive history of drug use and violent domestic violence offenses” and said she continually “posed a risk to other motorists.”
“Despite being taken to court multiple times for her offences, the suspect continues to reoffend without any remorse or respect for authority,” the police fact sheet said.
On Tuesday, Finlayson also pleaded guilty to driving with illegal drugs in her system and possession of prohibited drugs.

A fourth charge of possessing property suspected of being stolen was dropped by police.
Magistrate Daniel Covington ordered a sentencing assessment report to determine whether the former Beauty and the Geek star would be eligible for a community sentence.
The former model kept a blank face as she left the court with her designer bag clutched tightly in her hand.
