Jono Castano and Simone Holtznagel celebrate their milestone anniversary this week.
Model Simone, 29, revealed on Friday that her celebrity trainer boyfriend had taken her for a romantic weekend getaway to the NSW South Coast to mark the occasion.
Jono, 32, also shared a sweet tribute to Simone, who rose to fame on Australia’s Next Top Model, saying she “lights up his life.”
In his post, he shared a series of photos of the pair together from the past year.
“Like the smile in our pictures, you light up my life in so many ways. You always push me to get better, you help me find balance, your yummy delicious food on the daily and the list goes on and on ❤️,” he wrote.
