Taking to Instagram with the tragic news, she described Jonnie as a “truly remarkable husband.”

Last month, Jonnie revealed he hadn’t slept for six nights in a row as he gave an update on his health from hospital.
The presenter was at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital for a full MRI scan and looked exhausted as he shared a photo on Instagram from the hospital, revealing he was scared of a full body scan because it was claustrophobic.
Jonnie said: ‘This is the look of a man who hasn’t slept in six nights and is waiting for a full body MRI scan for at least an hour.
‘If you haven’t had one before, they are claustrophobic and claustrophobic and make loud, random noises. Joy.
‘Note the attempt to make a cheerful gesture, not my dress! I expect to come out all the way with the news about India!’.
