Jonnie Irwin delights fans as he reunites with A Place In The Sun co-host Jasmine Harman at a live show amid terminal cancer battle

Jonnie Irwin delighted fans when he made a rare appearance at a live show in Birmingham on Saturday.

A Place In The Sun star, 49, was inundated with messages after uploading a photo with former co-host Jasmine Harman to Instagram.

The real estate expert was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 2020 and has since regularly shared updates with his followers.

Jonnie recently said he’s feeling weaker during his treatments, so fans were thrilled to see him at the event with his longtime friend.

The Escape to the Country star wrapped an arm around his former co-host, who wore a purple floral dress.

Jonnie cut a casual figure in blue trousers which he teamed with a black T-shirt and a khaki jacket.

He wrote: ‘Reunited with this beauty for today. Great show and so nice to meet all the viewers who want to make their dreams come true. Come along today and see @laurahamiltontv with lots of seminars and great information.”

It comes after Jonnie underwent treatment at a wellness center earlier this week as he waited for the results of his latest scan amid his terminal battle with cancer.

Jonnie gave an insight into his day on Instagram as he tries to slow the growth of his tumors with ‘various therapies’.

He shared a photo from outside Sereniti Health and Wellness before going inside to be treated.

He captioned the photos: ‘Waiting for more scans is frustrating when you know the cancer is on the move again.’

Jonnie added: “In the meantime, I can do things to make the terrain as difficult as possible for growth and the ladies at Sereniti Health and Wellness are part of my team of providers for various therapies.

‘I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to embark on a healthier lifestyle. As always, a big shout out goes to @how_to_starve_cancer, whose continued help is making a huge impact.”

The television personality is bravely battling the terminal illness after he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2020, which has since spread to his brain.

Last week, the A Place In The Sun host gave fans a health update via an Instagram post, revealing that he has been ‘quite unwell’ lately.
