Treatments: Johnny Irvin gave his fans an update amid his terminal battle with cancer as he revealed he had started hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Last Friday, Johnny announced on Instagram that he had started hyperbaric oxygen therapy at home.

HBOT involves breathing 100 percent pure oxygen inside a pressurized hyperbaric chamber, where the increased air pressure helps the lungs to collect more oxygen.

Giving an insight into the process, Johnny shared selfies of himself sitting in the chamber on his “comfortable chair” while wearing his specialized mask.

He shared how he looks forward to his HBOT sessions and shared that he watches Netflix or catches up on work while in the chamber.

Zvezda Bekstvo na selu wrote with her post:I can’t tell you how happy I am with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber loaned to me by @o2vork.

“It’s great for people with my condition, but also for injury recovery and general health.” I’m not going to preach, but if you’re interested, google it – you’ll be surprised!

“This chamber is perfect for me, it doesn’t feel claustrophobic and is big enough for my favorite comfy chair to sit in!”

“I actually look forward to every session knowing it’s doing me good while I’m able to do a little (watching Netflix shhh!) I’m in it right now!”
