Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are dating – as Ant Man star faces a YEAR in jail for assault charge
Jonathan Majors is rumored to be in a relationship with Meagan Good, sources have shared TMZ.
The insiders called the romance between the 33-year-old Creed III star – who faces a year in prison for assault – and the 41-year-old Harlem actress “fairly new”.
According to the media outlet, the two have seen each other “over the past few weeks.”
A witness also claimed that the two entertainers enjoyed a movie date at Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles last weekend.
It comes as the Lompoc, California-born star’s criminal charges for an alleged altercation with ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari were upgraded to third-degree assault.

Majors was charged with assaulting and strangling his ex in March in New York City. He was charged with assault and harassment. But that charge has now been ‘adjusted’, according to his lawyer.
He attended a court hearing Tuesday morning via Zoom regarding the status of his sexual assault case – and a replacement complaint was announced there with a charge of third-degree sexual assault, deadline reported.
This can send Majors behind bars for up to a year if found guilty. He has previously denied all allegations.
Judge Rachel S. Pauley also discussed a motion filed by Majors’ defense team that the prosecution has until May 23 to respond.
He must appear in court on June 13, otherwise he may be arrested, the judge said.
Pauley told the actor Tuesday morning: “Of course I don’t want that to happen, so just keep in touch with your lawyer.”
After the hearing, his attorney Priya Chaudhry released a statement criticizing Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for “fixing” the case in favor of the prosecution.
She said that despite alleged evidence exonerating Majors, the case is continuing and the prosecutor has amended the charges to reflect the woman’s “new lies.”
Chaudhry said: “We have provided the prosecutor with irrefutable evidence that the woman is lying, including video evidence showing nothing happened, especially where she claimed.”

Majors previously claimed that witness statements and video evidence will prove his innocence amid the domestic violence allegations.
Chaudhry said a driver of the beleaguered actor witnessed the altercation between the performer and his ex around 1am on the day of the incident.
The driver witnessed the woman attacking the actor as she tried to steal his phone, Chaudhry said.
The lawyer said the driver will testify that they never saw the Marvel actor “in any way, or even touching” his ex-girlfriend. [raise] his voice’ in their dispute.
The driver will also testify that he saw the woman “hit, scratch and assault” Majors, who asked to pull over the car to get out after his ex got into physical contact with him, Chaudhry said.
Majors’ attorney said they have evidence to show the woman’s claims that her finger was broken and her ear torn was a “complete lie,” pointing to video footage of the woman going to a nightclub in the aftermath of the altercation.

Chaudhry said hours of video footage shows the woman drinking at the club in the aftermath of the incident, which contradicts her claims that she suffered the aforementioned injuries at the hands of the actor.
The woman also sent the actor text messages accusing him of cheating on her and threatening to commit suicide, Chaudhry said in legal documents.
Chaudhry said the woman in footage from the nightclub often used her right hand, which she said injured the actor in the incident.
The lawyer said in legal documents that the woman was seen styling her hair, rummaging through her purse, going through credit cards and holding her phone and a champagne glass, proving her condition amid the alleged injury to her hand.
In the court documents, Majors’ legal team said his ex-girlfriend also took pictures and drank champagne with friends, without appearing to have any injuries.

Meagan’s dating history includes being married to film producer DeVon Franklin for 10 years until they separated in December 2021, and the divorce was finalized in June 2022.
Earlier this year, she revealed that her Harlem co-star, Whoopi Goldberg, “instrumentally” helped her through the split.
When asked what she’s learned from the split during an interview on The View, Good opened up, “I’ve learned a lot about myself. I have rediscovered myself in many ways.’
