Jojo Siwa is selling her $4M Tarzana mansion with help from Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause
Jojo Siwa has officially put her Tarzana mansion on the market ahead of the Christmas holidays for $3.95 million.
The 21-year-old Dance Moms alum — who is rumored to be dating new love interest Kath Ebbs — initially purchased the lavish property for $3.43 million in 2019 when she was just 16 years old, per Architectural summary.
Selling Sunset star, Chrishell Stause and Omar Ababa of The Oppenheim Group currently have the listing, TMZ reported.
The 6,463-square-foot home contains a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with the master suite featuring walk-in closets, a fireplace and a balcony.
Jojo’s house was filled with lots of color after she first moved in, but has since been staged while it was on the market.
The spacious backyard has a rectangular swimming area that borders an outdoor terrace and a basketball court.

A comfortable lounge is adjacent to the swimming pool and there is a covered outdoor kitchen/bar nearby, where you can receive guests in nice weather.
The grand entrance leads immediately to a spiral staircase and to the left is a room with a bar and pool table.
White walls and lighting create a very open and bright space, with a grand piano and comfortable chairs in addition to the stairs.
French doors in the living room lead outside, where there is also a fireplace and an ornate chandelier hanging above the chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, two islands in the middle and wooden cabinets.
The dining area offers enough space for a large table, with another chandelier and spotlights above in the ceiling.
More patio doors allow natural sunlight to stream in and lead to another part of the spacious rear garden.
One of the seven bathrooms has white marble tiles for an elegant look, a walk-in shower and two separate sinks.

In the middle you can see a bath and underneath a large window that lets in more natural light.
The house itself offers privacy for the residents with a gate entrance to the stone driveway and tall, green shrubs.
The country house is located on the corner of a street in a quiet neighborhood and was previously on display MTV cribs after Siwa bought the estate.
In the clip, eye-catching decorations are placed throughout the mansion, from colorful bows to a large unicorn in the foyer.
Jojo also had a slime room, a rainbow room and a psychedelic bedroom filled with a whopping 4,000 pounds of candy.
However, the Karma singer has faced a few incidents while living in Tarzana’s house and earlier this year in July, her house was bashed up for the second time.
Swatting is when someone makes a hoax phone call to emergency services to report false crimes – and it has been a federal crime since 2015.
During an interview with E! News, the dancer revealed, “I was spanked two nights ago. I haven’t told anyone about this yet. But actually I came to my house, there were four police cars outside.”

She further recalled: ‘The police asked me, he said, “Why don’t you have security with you right now?”
“And I thought, ‘Because I haven’t needed it yet.’ But now I really need him with me every day. So it’s definitely changed in the last month, two months, I think, since Karma came out. It was fun to say the least.”
Siwa and her mansion were victims of whacking three years earlier in 2021. The incident took place just hours after she came out as LGBTQ+.
At the time, she said on social media: “My fear was that I thought someone was in the house and I didn’t know about it. That’s what I was afraid of! Or someone like him came hiding and came through our backyard.”
During an Instagram Live on her friend Nate Javier’s account, Jojo added, “Never pick on the police in a way that is the wrong thing to do. It’s very, very, very illegal.”
“The police said someone called and made a claim, and then suddenly paparazzi came around the corner.”
The media personality continued, “I love the support. But you know what, you could have just hung out in front of my house and I would have come out eventually.”
“Those police would have been much better off helping someone elsewhere, instead of dealing with a false claim from paparazzi.”

And last May, Jojo revealed her mansion had been ransacked and shared footage of masked burglars entering her home.
While it is unknown if Siwa was in the property at the time, she assured fans that her “family and pups are safe.” The most important thing for me.’
Police arrived at the Tarzana mansion after being alerted by the alarm company, but the burglars escaped before officers got there.
While the estate has now been put on the market, Siwa has been busy with the holidays in full swing.

She was recently spotted at LAX airport last week with rumored love interest, Kath Ebbs, following her split from DaKayla Wilson.
The star also took herself to Australia to attend the 2024 TikTok Awards in Sydney.
During the ceremony, she walked the red carpet wearing a glittering cropped top with rainbow details and cool shorts.
She also donned a pair of silver boots and applied colorful face makeup around her eyes. It comes as Jojo continues to shed her ‘child star’ image.
