Johnny Ruffo’s girlfriend Tahnee Sims has been by his side as he continues his battle with terminal brain cancer.
And on Thursday, Tahnee posted a treasured photo to Instagram of the lovebirds spending some quality time together in the 34-year-old’s hospital room.
The black and white shot shows a happy-looking Johnny beaming from ear to ear and giving two thumbs up to the camera as he lies on a hospital bed.
Meanwhile, his beautiful girlfriend is all smiles in the foreground of the photo as she makes a storm with her talented boyfriend.
The lovebirds looked every inch the loving couple in the heartwarming photo.

Last month, Johnny shared a health update with his fans and posted a series of photos captioned, “Few snaps from life lately.”
In one, the actor was seen in hospital undergoing chemotherapy again.
He also enjoyed several outings with Tahnee and his mother in his spare time, including dinner and heading to a Rod Stewart concert.
Several friends and fans commented on his post, praising his strength and courage.
In March, Johnny started another round of chemotherapy and posted a photo of himself undergoing treatment at the hospital with his girlfriend Tahnee by his side.

In December, the actor and singer marked another year in which he underwent chemotherapy and revealed he was looking forward to taking a break and spending time with family over Christmas.
‘Another year of chemotherapy behind us. It wasn’t easy, but I made it,” he wrote at the time.
‘I can’t wait to take a few weeks off over Christmas and spend some well deserved time with my family. #f**kcancer.’
In August 2022, Johnny confirmed his brain cancer diagnosis was terminal and said he fears how his girlfriend Tahnee would cope once he is gone.
