Former NFL flop Johnny Manziel has come under fire on social media after posting a bizarre video of him and his girlfriend sharing an intimate moment in the bath.
The Texas A&M football star and former Heisman Trophy winner has led a wild life, but in recent months he appears to have settled down with the daughter of MLB icon Jose Canseco.
This week, they shared even more of themselves than ever before, posting a video of Manziel scrubbing his girlfriend’s back in the tub.
In a post on her Instagram in honor of Manziel’s 32nd birthday, Canseco wrote, “A love like you. My best friend and my forever.
“I’m so proud of the man you’ve grown into. You are the kindest heart I have ever met. How did I get so lucky. Happy birthday, my baby.”
Alongside the caption was a video of Manziel washing his girlfriend’s hair while the pair sat naked in the bath together.

On social media, the video quickly racked up millions of views and some fans were quick to troll the college football legend, with one writing, “Lowkey is ashamed to ever call this man my goat.”

Elsewhere, other fans supported Manziel and saw the content as it was intended: “Completely normal couple behavior. A contemporary love story.’
Manziel and Canseco have been Instagram official since April and it seems like they’ve only gone from strength to strength since announcing their relationship at the Stagecoach music festival.
Canseco is a model and the daughter of six-time MLB All-Star and two-time World Series champion Jose Canseco.

Now a business owner and podcast host, Manziel regularly tells stories about his bad boy past now that he’s cleaned up his act.
The ex-quarterback was one of the most popular college prospects of all time when he left Texas A&M and was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2014, but his time with the franchise was overshadowed by a series of off-field controversies.
He was released at the end of 2016 after incidents of domestic violence, late-night alcohol addictions and lies to the team during farewell parties.
It seems Manziel has now found love with Canseco, whose father has also endured his fair share of troubles outside the sports world.
