- Miller posted a video claiming he had evidence about his wife’s death
John-Paul Miller has shared a video on TikTok in which he promises to present “more than 350 pieces of evidence” related to the death of his wife Mica Miller that will prove who is responsible.
Mica, 30, was found with a gunshot wound in a North Carolina state park on April 27, 2024. Her death was ruled a suicide by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Department.
Says just days earlier that she hit Miller with divorce papers over an alleged tumultuous relationship, leading to intrigue surrounding the case.
Miller was acquitted of the murder, but some internet sleuths across the country remain unconvinced.
‘I look forward to presenting more than 350 pieces of evidence. We are going to refute all the lies out there. You’ll be shocked by some of the things Mica says. We’re going to find out who’s responsible for my wife’s death,” Miller says in the new TikTok.

Miller, 30, was found dead at Lumbee River State Park in North Carolina on April 27 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, less than two weeks after filing for divorce.
“Mica corresponded with me more than anyone on planet Earth,” Miller said in the video. “Mica will get justice.”
The evidence would include videos, audio, text messages, emails and medical documents.
Mica’s death has attracted national attention, especially due to allegations of abuse in her relationship with John-Paul, who was a pastor at Solid Rock Church at Market Common in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, until he was relieved of his duties.
Miller, 44, insists lies are being spread about his and his wife’s relationship and said he plans to release a series of videos to reveal Mica’s true thoughts about her family and lawyer.
He said the evidence he plans to present will “refute everything (Mica’s family) says their attorney.”
Miller said his silence so far “is nothing more than wisdom and self-control so that we can weather the coming war.”

After a hearing on June 5, 2024, Mica’s family was granted rights to her assets and called for legislative changes to a domestic violence law, proposing to name it ‘Mica’s Law’.
Authorities previously said John-Paul Miller was not present at the scene of Mica’s death and released recordings of 911 calls, along with photos and surveillance footage showing Mica purchasing a gun before traveling to North Carolina on the day of her suicide.
Miller has consistently denied any abuse, claiming, “She has never been abused as long as she has been married to me.”
The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the FBI, is involved in the investigation.
