John Fury has demanded £200,000 from KSI after claiming the YouTube star lost the bet on the outcome of his fight with his son Tommy.

KSI and Tommy finally met in the ring on Saturday after an ill-tempered performance, and it was the latter who controversially had his hand raised despite a point being deducted for punching around the back of the head in the second round.

John has a lot of faith in his son after making a $2 million ‘all or nothing’ bet with Jake Paul in February ahead of his fight with Tommy.

Tommy also won that fight on points, but John has stated that he did not receive the money from Paul. On Wednesday night he went online to call out KSI for their own bet, making it clear he expected a hefty sum to be sent to him.

“Just a quick video for KSI,” John said in a video posted to social media. “You owe me $200,000.

John Fury claims he made a £200,000 bet with KSI on the outcome of the fight, and demanded the YouTube star pay him

‘We had a bet and I want to pay. Don’t be like that other guy, Jake Paul, be a man and pay your bets. You had a bet live on a podcast – we have all the evidence there, we’ll put it all together. You owe me, John Fury, £200,000 and I want to pay. Thank you.’

John appears to be referring to a live podcast in which he told KSI: ‘I’ll bet you £200,000 of my money he’ll bloody stop you. Have we made a bet?’

KSI replied, “I’m down. Agreement. I’ll take your £200,000.’

Tommy failed to stop KSI but was declared the winner that night as he maintained his undefeated record while handing his rival his first defeat.

KSI insisted in the immediate aftermath that the decision was a “robbery” and vowed to appeal the verdict.

John and KSI had a number of clashes in the build-up to last Saturday’s fight, with the former abruptly ending the opening press conference in August when he flipped and smashed tables on stage.

They linked up again during fight week, with KSI spitting in John’s direction after a bottle was thrown at him for interrupting an interview John was participating in with Tommy.

At the final press conference, John flashed his rear end at KSI before taking the stage for a cage slam and headbutt as KSI and Tommy engaged in a showdown.

KSI reportedly made £10million for the Tommy fight, but John is convinced he is owed £200,000 of that purse.
