John Farnham’s son Robert has launched his stylish Melbourne mansion.

The 42-year-old musician is hoping to get between $1.6-$1.7 million for the three-bedroom mansion on the outskirts of Melbourne’s CBD.

Real estate agent Richard Winneke said the modern townhouse will appeal to many potential buyers.

Mr Winneke told Nine: ‘It is a fantastic location, completely renovated, of very high quality.

“It has a double garage, a dog park at the end of the street and is very quiet and handy close to everything,” he added.

The well-maintained property offers a stylish combination of modern architecture, including spacious and innovatively designed rooms, and traditional attributes such as a cobbled courtyard.

The Richmond property will be auctioned off Saturday at 11 a.m.

It follows that Robert Farnham sent his father a heartfelt Father’s Day message earlier this month wishing him a speedy recovery from his cancer surgery.

Robert shared the touching tribute to his famous father as the Australian icon continues to recover.

He posted a sweet throwback photo of a beaming John holding a young Robert in front of a microphone on Facebook.

Robert captioned the snap with a heartfelt message: ‘You’re my hero. You have this. Love you.’

John is currently stable in the ICU and will remain in the hospital for some time while he recovers.
