John Farnham reveals he is cancer-free 12 months after mouth surgery

John Farnham has revealed that he is cancer free 12 months after oral surgery.

Sunrise presenters Natalie Barr and Matt Shirvington revealed the good news for the music superstar, 74, on Wednesday morning.

“Great news, we just got breaking news, John Farnham just announced he is cancer free,” Barr revealed.

“That’s a year after diagnosis,” she added.
