John Butler brings down the house as he performs at Bluesfest Melbourne before embarking on his first solo North American tour
Beloved Australian/American folk singer John Butler set the stage on fire at Bluesfest Melbourne on Saturday.
The crooner, 48, played a solo set without his famous trio at the inaugural music festival, an offshoot of the popular Byron Bay Bluesfest.
Dressed in a striped short-sleeved shirt, pinstriped tuxedo shirt, and jeans, Butler was the epitome of bohemian style.
He completed his look with unusual earrings, a bracelet, rings and a head of wavy blond hair.
The ARIA award winner performed a combination of famous songs from his time in trio, as well as some of his newer music.
