The 24-year-old actress is anticipating the premiere of her upcoming Hulu series We Were The Lucky Ones, which debuts Thursday.
We Were The Lucky Ones is a drama about members of a Jewish family who survive the Holocaust and then try to find each other after being scattered by the war.
The leading lady exuded Manhattan chic when she showed up on Wednesday in a gray ensemble vaguely reminiscent of the 1950s.
With its inconspicuous bow and white petticoats with ruffles peeking out from below the hem, the dress evoked an eerie connection to the show’s post-war setting.

Joey enhanced her youthful features with makeup and completed the look with black leather shoes that matched her handbag and nail polish.
At the premiere of her show in Los Angeles this month, Joey spoke glowingly about married life with dashing filmmaker Steven Piet.
Joey, 24, and Steven, 39, dated for four years before tying the knot in an intimate ceremony in Mallorca last September.
“It’s hard to say because people like… Nothing has really changed because we’ve lived together before,” she reflected People.
“But I always say, and it’s very true, that there’s just something… Everything is just a little bit sweeter now,” Joey added.
“It’s just nice to feel like you’re actually hanging out with your best friend every day.” It’s a very special feeling,” the former child star explained.
She made the comments last Thursday as she and Steven made their red carpet debut as a married couple at the Los Angeles premiere of We Were The Lucky Ones.
Speak with Entertainment tonight During the event, Joey shared that her favorite couple’s activity with Steven was “watching Frasier in bed every night before bed, which is kind of – I mean, among many other things,” she continued with a laugh.

He proposed in early February 2022, prompting Joey to rhapsodize on her Instagram page that he made her “the luckiest lady in the world.”
She gushed, “I never knew happiness could be so powerful that it can take the air from your lungs and overwhelm every part of you, making your eyes well with the undeniable joy.”
Joey threw a “Steve-themed” bachelorette party in Napa Valley, where each of her guests came dressed as a different famous Steve.
Several women from Joey’s circle showed up dressed as Steve-O, Steve Irwin, Steve Jobs, Steven Tyler, and even the character Steve from Blue’s Clues.

She and Steven married last August at Same Day Marriage in Los Angeles, a low-key affair followed by an excursion to a bowling alley.
The luxurious wedding ceremony took place a month later in Mallorca, with the bride styled by none other than JustJared founder Jared Eng.
Joey was decked out in a lavish Oscar De La Renta wedding gown with a petal motif and a tiered tulle skirt.
Her mother Jamie King – not to be confused with Hart Of Dixie actress Jaime King – walked Joey down the aisle during the Spanish ceremony.
Amid the inner circle of family and friends were a few celebrities, including Sabrina Carpenter, AnnaSophia Robb and Michelle Williams.
