Joey Fatone, 47, of NSYNC stars in hilarious campaign with mini-me daughter Kloey, 14, as he tries to understand her Gen Z slang

Joey Fatone showed off his mini-daughter in a hilarious new campaign this week.

The NSYNC singer made the rare move of collaborating with his 14-year-old daughter Kloey Alexandra Fatone.

The two were seen together at a salon getting a summer haircut at Great Clips, with photos shared on DailyMail.com.

The 47-year-old singer also shared a video on his Instagram page in which Khloey rolled her eyes when she confused her father with her Gen Z slang.

“Hi everyone @greatclips, thanks to Student Slang Translators I understand my daughter Kloey better, so she feels better about the new school year,” he wrote in his caption.

Joey was married to Kelly Baldwin from 2004 to 2019. They also have a 23-year-old daughter Briahna Joely Fatone.

Joey appeared on Today this week to talk about working with his teenager.

“I have a 14-year-old who is right in the ‘No cap, beige flag, man,’ category, and all that ‘rizz,'” Fatone told Today. “Meowing… howling, what the hell are you doing?

“Those are words I don’t know about,” he says.

He has tried to learn the slang of Generation Z.

“When I try to say it, it sounds so dorky,” Fatone said. “Back in the day, it was mint or dope… all I did was dance moves.”

Fatone also discussed his back-to-school campaign.

Great Clips is offering free children’s haircuts to the first 24,000 parents who register online. They are also providing an online slang dictionary so parents can better understand their children.

“Our kids come to us when they’ve had a bad day … or now my little one goes to my oldest daughter — who tells my ex-wife, who tells me,” he joked. “No matter what secret is going on, someone knows something.”

Co-parenting with Kelly is going well.

“You have a bond with your kids… you don’t have to be best friends or hang out all the time, but there’s a bond,” Fatone said, adding, “When that happens, it’s a huge respect and it’s awesome.” Fatone and Baldwin occasionally go on family vacations together again.

“I asked (Kloey) the other day, ‘How’s your life so far? I know my mom and I are divorced, but is it safe to say it’s a healthy relationship?'” Fatone said. “She said yes, because she has friends whose parents are divorced and they won’t even talk to each other.”

This comes after NSYNC reunited on stage at Justin Timberlake’s concert in Los Angeles in March, their first performance together in over a decade.

During the One Night Only concert celebrating the release of his upcoming album, Justin was joined by his bandmates at The Wiltern for a surprise reunion.
