Joey Fatone, 46, gets candid about the cosmetic procedures he’s undergone – after sharing before-and-after snaps of his results: ‘It’s crazy how many guys get work done’
Joey Fatone isn’t shy about talking about the cosmetic procedures he’s had.
The N’Sync member, 46, opened up about the recent work he had done to improve his appearance.
‘I’m not trying to change who I am. “I’m just trying to edit it a little bit,” he said People.
The My Big Fat Greek Wedding three-star – who recently released N’Sync’s first single in 20 years – admitted he just wants to look his best.
“It’s crazy how many guys get their work done,” he told the outlet. ‘They don’t broadcast it because a lot of men are very shy or embarrassed about it, but there’s nothing to be ashamed of! I’m never afraid to tell people about these things. Who cares?’

Fatone had an AirSculpt procedure done to strengthen his chin and abdomen. He also got hair plugs.
‘Two years ago it was a bit thinner there, and I’m on television. I had to start wearing this spray to fill my hair, and I just hated it,” he said.
‘Every time I was on TV I was spraying my hair and it was just a pain in the ass. So I thought I’d plug it in and fill it in.”
The AirSculpt procedure removed fat from his chin and abdomen.
“I don’t try to change my appearance,” he says. “I’m not trying to change who I am.”
However, the Dancing With the Stars alum did reveal the one role that would motivate him to put in more work.
“Look, I’m just trying to look a little better in the way I look in clothes. That’s really what I want to do, what I want to do for myself,” he explained.
“I’ve heard so many people in this industry tell me I need to lose weight and look a certain way, blah blah blah.
“I mean, I might lose a little weight, but I’ll still be the same person I am. I’m not going to make drastic cuts. Unless someone calls me for a Marvel movie!’
“Some people said, ‘You can’t get a certain job if you’re not a certain weight.’ But I’ll find a way to get those jobs. There is enough room for everyone, in every field. Plus, aging just happens. We all grow older one way or another,” he explained.
Before and after: ‘I’m not trying to change who I am. I’m just trying to edit it a little bit,” he told People

And as for rumors of an N’Sync tour after the band released Better Place, the prolific boy band’s first single in two decades, Fatone was honest about that too.
“No, there is no tour,” he said. ‘Actually, we haven’t had that conversation yet. I’m getting into shape for myself because at a certain age you can’t bounce back or recover like you used to.
But he keeps in touch with Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kilpatrick and Lance Bass via a group text message.
“We’re still friends,” he said. “We’re talking even more now because of the things we’ve done lately, and we still have a brand doing things and we have to approve things.”
