After chasing Grace and doing everything he could to get her to eat and drink, Joey ended their increasingly serious relationship, leaving the model feeling hurt and confused.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Joey was dating Grace for six weeks and she was less than impressed with the way their relationship ended.
‘There is definitely unfinished business between them and she won’t hold back in expressing how she feels in the villa.
‘Despite pursuing her, Joey eventually dumped Grace, leaving her feeling very confused.
“She is breathtakingly beautiful, and Joey will no doubt regret the way he treated her, not to mention the strain it will put on his new romance with Samantha.”
Grace, who is from Manchester, has criticized her former partners, blaming men for their lack of communication and failure to ‘keep up’ with her jet-set lifestyle.
Speaking outside the entrance to her villa, she said: ‘No man has good communication and it is painful. I like someone who doesn’t take themselves or life too seriously.
‘My lifestyle can put guys off a bit, I like to go out and go abroad a lot. They can’t keep up with my lifestyle. It’s the life I want, and it helps my business.
“To sit around and be single, I don’t understand why I would do that in my prime and mid-20s.”

Grace’s entrance comes after Patsy Field (pictured) and Munveer Jabbal were dumped from the villa after failing to find love
The model made her arrival on Thursday night’s show after former love interest Joey enjoyed his first date with Samantha.
While sharing cocktails together at a rooftop bar in Mallorca, the new couple discussed the possibility of Samantha moving from Liverpool to Essex to continue their relationship off the show.
To Joey’s surprise, Samantha confirmed, “Yes, I would live there.”
On Wednesday, Islanders Patsy Field and Munveer Jabbal were dumped from the series.
Their co-stars chose to send them home after they were among the three couples who received the fewest votes from the public.
Taking to Instagram, Munveer spoke about his ‘frustration’ after being dropped from the show after ten days.
He said: ‘I’m out of the Love Island villa, the overriding emotion at the moment is frustration, but equally grateful for the opportunity. I didn’t just go there for a long vacation, I went there to find love, which unfortunately didn’t happen… But that’s fine.
‘Thank you especially for your sweet messages, it means so much to me, so many kind words, it makes me feel so much better about myself.’
