Joey Barton has once again taken to social media to continue his sexist campaign against women's football, suggesting the England men would beat the Lionesses 30-0 inside a half.
Barton has made headlines recently with his social media rants against women in men's football, clashing with a number of analysts, commentators and pundits covering men's football.
Alex Scott notably clashed with Barton, while Emma Hayes launched a scathing four-minute monologue against male privilege in football, while Carrie Brown admitted that working in football has 'sucked the life out of her' after Barton referenced her appearance .
The controversial former England international was seen at Brighton's 1-0 win over his former side Marseille in the Europa League earlier this week, and was spotted interacting with fans in the stands and posing for selfies.
On Friday, Barton reposted a video making the rounds on social media of a team of both former members of the US women's national team losing 12-0 to a team of ex-Wrexham players, accompanied by another apparently sexist caption.

'12-0 Retired men on a smaller field!' wrote the former Bristol Rovers boss.
“But hey, let's just keep pretending it's the same game, okay? The last thing we want is for people to get their panties in a mess.
“The women's game is growing and that's great. Stop trying to ruin ours!”
Barton has previously expressed his support for the #HERGAMETOO initiative, which aims to combat sexism in sports
One report then suggested the England men would beat the Lionesses 30-0, to which Barton replied: 'First half…', followed by a thumbs up and a laughing emoji.
Sarina Wiegman's side are made up of the current European champions, having defeated Germany 2-1 in a thrilling final at Wembley in the summer of 2022.
Wiegman then took the Lionesses to the World Cup finals in Australia and New Zealand last summer, but lost 1-0 to Spain, thanks to a goal from Olga Carmona.
However, the Three Lions have not won a senior competition since 1966, although Gareth Southgate's side are regarded as one of the best teams in the international arena.
It comes as Barton continues to make headlines with a series of misogynistic posts on social media, stating: 'Women should not be speaking with any form of authority in the men's game.'
'Come on. Let's be serious, Barton added, before suggesting, “Any man who listens to women's commentary or co-communication needs to test his mind…”
The former Burnley, QPR and Man City midfielder also recently appeared on Piers Morgan's talk show 'Piers Morgan: Uncensored'.', apparently doubling on the controversial comments.

The former Bristol Rovers manager said he was not sexist, but added that a “woke agenda” fueled the decision to employ women as football experts.
'I don't want to see sexism in football, but if we don't properly debate the role of women in football broadcasting, this will just rise and rise and ruin the experience of watching men's football at elite level. Barton said when Morgan asked him if his social media posts had been deliberately inflammatory.
He is also said to argue that the appointment of experts and analysts should be on merit, decrying 'approved opinions' on broadcasts.
'Everywhere you look now there's some unqualified opinion pontificating about the sport I love, and it's ruining my experience – to fuel this woke agenda, and it's going to massively increase sexism because it has to be a true meritocracy . We need people qualified to fill these roles.”
