And Joe Wicks was in his element on Saturday when he hugged his seven-month-old daughter Leni on a bus ride.
The fitness guru, 37, affectionately planted a kiss on the little one’s head, who was beaming from ear to ear and clinging to her dad’s T-shirt.
“Love is everything ☺️❤️,” Joe wrote as he shared the snaps with his 4.6 million Instagram followers.
The Body Coach shared an insight into the journey and also posted a collection of snaps featuring his wife Rosie Jones and their two older children; Indigo, three and Marley, two.

The pair enjoyed one last date night on Friday night before heading home to the UK this weekend, while making the most of their time together as a family during the day.
It was also a special trip for Rosie and Joe, who shared that they “fell in love” seven years ago when they were in California.
In particular, it was the Coachella festival that the couple attended again all these years and returned again this past weekend for the music event.
Joe shared a photo as they partied and said the California festival is a “special place” for the couple.
Captioning the post, Joe wrote, ‘Our last day at Coachella.
‘We came here 7 years ago when we first met and fell in love. It has been a special place for us ever since.
“Shout out to my mom for having our kids so we could party together again.”
Joe and Rosie have been together since 2016 and got married in 2019 in a beautiful ceremony in the countryside.

Although they already share three children together, Joe has previously revealed that he and Rosie would ideally like to have five children in total.

Joe continued, “If you have the space, and you can give them a good life, why not.”
It comes after Joe Wicks hit back at trolls who criticized him for sharing a photo of his seven-month-old baby Leni hanging from a push-up bar at an outdoor gym.
