Joe Wicks shares adorable snaps with his four children as he thanks fans for support after revealing newborn’s controversial name

Joe Wicks shared a series of adorable snaps of his family as he thanked his followers for their support following the birth of his fourth child earlier this month.

The 38-year-old Body Coach and his 33-year-old wife Rosie announced their newborn son’s unusual name last week: Dusty.

The couple are already parents to Indie, five, Marley, four, and Leni, 21 months. Joe posted an adorable snap of the kids in matching safari-print pajamas as they laughed in bed.

Another adorable photo shows Leni kissing Dusty’s head as Joe holds the newborn to his chest and they enjoy a cuddle together.

He captioned the photo: ‘Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. Rosie and little Dusty are all healthy and happy.

“All the children love and care for him. Lots of love from all of us.”

Joe revealed his son’s name last week when he shared a sweet family photo of his children and wrote: ‘Indie, Marley, Leni and Dusty’.

During Rosie’s pregnancy, Joe asked fans for suggestions, but ultimately settled on the very unique name.

The name caused a lot of discussion in the comments. Charlotte Crosby wrote: ‘Oh I love Dusty! Another epic name choice Joe!’

Love Island’s India Reynolds added: ‘Beautiful photo!! Can’t wait to cuddle Dusty.’

Others, however, were not so sure.

“Dusty really?” and “Love ya Joe but come on! Dusty? Hilarious. I wonder if this is a June joke?” (sic).

Another defended: ‘His choice. There are a lot of names I’ve heard at the moment. Zealand, Posie, Apple, Sunday.’

Earlier, Joe spoke about name ideas: ‘I like names that end in the ‘e’ sound, so Marley, Indie, Leni. I like Poppy, Daisy, those kinds of names. There are lots of ideas coming up.’

The couple, who are also parents to daughters Indie, six, Leni, two, and son Marley, five, were overjoyed to welcome a new member to the family and announced the news to fans on Monday.

Joe captioned the joint post: ‘Today at 9:30am we welcomed our 4th baby into the world. A 7lb 13oz baby boy.

‘Rosie had a home birth. The NHS midwives at St Peter’s were amazing. Rosie and baby are both doing well and are getting some rest.’

Joe also posted an adorable photo of his daughter Indie holding her little brother and beaming at her.

Their friends were quick to express their congratulations under the post, with author Elizabeth Day writing: ‘Congratulations everyone. So happy for you!’

Rosie and Joe decided to keep the gender of their baby a secret for a while longer and still didn’t know what they would name their little one, just days before she was due to give birth.

The fitness guru announced in January that he and Rosie were expecting another child, when she was already 20 weeks pregnant.

The couple, who are also parents to daughters Indie, six, Leni, 21 months, and son Marley, five, were overjoyed to welcome a new addition to their family.

Ahead of their announcement, the couple shared a gorgeous photo, writing, “Baby number 4 on the way #20weeks.”

Joe and Rosie have been together since 2016 and married in 2019 in a beautiful countryside ceremony.

The couple previously indicated that they want a maximum of six children.

“I always visualized having a big family. I like chaos. I don’t like silence,” Joe told The Netmums Podcast.

“It’s stressful and they really irritate me, but I love them so much. I love being with them, it’s great to see my personality and DNA rub off on them a little bit, I love that I’m raising kind people.”

When asked how Rosie’s pregnancy was going, Joe said, “Luckily, she’s one of those people who doesn’t suffer too much from her pregnancy.

“I said to her, is this the last time, because if it is, we have to enjoy it, because it could be your last time, but she said, ‘No, I’d like to have another one.’ I think she’s just very motherly. We’re visualizing a big family.

“But after this one, we’re definitely going to have to take a little break. We’ve got a five-year-old, a four-year-old, a one-year-old, and we’ve got another one on the way, so we’re going to have to take a little break before we get another one.”
