Joe Rogan reveals the reason reason he and Kamala Harris have not had a sit down chat
Joe Rogan has revealed that Kamala Harris agreed to appear on his podcast, but he declined the terms proposed by her team.
Rogan, who recently had a three-hour conversation with Republican candidate Donald Trump, says Harris’ campaign offered him to interview the vice president on Tuesday but would require him to “travel to her” and “just have a wanted to do an interview’. o’clock’.
“I feel strongly that the best way to do that is in the studio in Austin,” he revealed Monday night on X. “My sincere desire is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a person. I really hope we succeed.’
Liberals have urged Harris to talk to Rogan after it emerged that Trump’s interview with the podcaster racked up a whopping 17 million YouTube views in less than 24 hours.
By comparison, Harris’ appearance on the Call her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper has only received 685,000 views in the two weeks since it went live.

Rogan says the Harris campaign offered him to interview the vice president on Tuesday (pictured at a rally in Michigan on Thursday), but that he would “travel to her” and “just wanted to do an hour.”
Trump’s three-hour conversation with Rogan covered a wide range of topics, including UFOs, the John F. Kennedy assassination files, the border and healthy food in the US.
As soon as the episode was released just after 10pm Eastern time on Friday evening, the ratings skyrocketed by 300,000 in the first 30 minutes.
Trump had taken a break from the campaign trail to travel to Rogan’s studio for the interview, which resulted in him arriving late to his own rally in Traverse City, Michigan.
He and Rogan even discussed the possibility of Harris appearing on the show during their interview.
‘She had to do it and maybe she still does. I hope she does,” Rogan told the former president.
“I hope she does because it would be a mess.” She would lie comatose on the floor. She would say, ‘Call the doctors,'” Trump said of his rival.

“I can imagine her doing this show. She had to do it. And maybe she still does. And I hope she does. I’ll talk to her like a human being. I would try to have a conversation with her,” Rogan told Trump.
‘I think we’d have a good chat. I think I could talk to her. I wouldn’t try to interview her. I would just try to have a conversation with her and hopefully get to know her as a person.
‘That was my goal. Holding her down, trying to get her to express herself….”
Harris was also scheduled to be interviewed by Rogan but had to withdraw due to scheduling conflicts, a spokesperson previously said.
However, since details of Trump’s ratings emerged, many liberals have been urging her to sit down with the popular podcast host, with some even claiming that Trump is “polling” after his appearance on the show is.
Both candidates have used podcast appearances as part of a strategy to use non-traditional media forms to reach more voters. But there is fear among Democrats that Trump has done this much more successfully than his opponent.

The Joe Rogan Experience is the most popular podcast on Spotify, with more than 14 million subscribers. Rogan also has nearly 18 million YouTube followers and his videos routinely receive millions of views.
By appearing on Rogan’s podcast, Trump was able to appeal directly to his 81 percent male listeners, the majority of whom are under the age of 35.
This is a demographic Harris is struggling to emulate, according to recent polls.
A USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll shows Trump leading among men 53 percent to 37 percent, while Harris’ lead among women is 53 percent to 36 percent.
