Joe Rogan causes a stir as he slams the bald eagle – ‘a f***ing soulless, evil creature’

Comedian Joe Rogan went after America’s official symbol, the bald eagle, during a riff on his hit podcast, which has been more controversial of late.

Rogan, 55, presents a semi-regular special called ‘Let’s Protect Our Parks’ at The Joe Rogan Experience, which the comedian has said in the past is an excuse for him and his guests to “talk bullshit.”

Thursday’s episode was the seventh edition of Protect Our Parks, which featured Rogan speaking with comedians Ari Shaffir, Mark Normand and Shane Gillis, who once signed to “SNL.”

The jokers discussed how China often rents pandas to US zoos, noting that the panda was associated with the country.

“If there is an animal that represents the United States, it’s funny that it’s an eagle,” Rogan said then.

Then he bizarrely characterized birds: “Because eagles are, it’s some kind of bloody soulless, evil creature.” That he likes to eat dead fish.

Gillis, who was fired shortly after being hired by Saturday Night Live for earlier tweets, chimed in: ‘[Benjamin] Franklin was right. We should have had a turkey.

‘Didn’t it used to be a dog?’ Rogan responded. ‘I think at one point it was the dog. It was like a pitbull. That’s right? That the national animal of the United States was a pit bull at one point?

Normand later joked that it was really just the rapper Pitbull.

Some Twitter users responded to Rogan’s comments by taking shots at the influential MMA podcaster and commentator.

One bluntly responded to the jokes by saying, “Tell me you’re a rude ignorant American Caucasian man without telling me you’re a rude ignorant American Caucasian man.”

Another obviously referenced the bald part and Rogan saying that he was an ‘evil, soulless creature’ by saying: ‘Well… like you, Joe.’

Another responded in kind: ‘Isn’t that what people say about him?’

The podcast is often the target of anger, but lately, Rogan has been angering people from all sides of the aisle with his comments.

Rogan joked that Democrats want people to “just eat donuts and just vote” after the controversial podcaster discussed a story about the far-right’s connection to “being healthy.”

Rogan, speaking with writer and podcaster Bridget Phetasy, was likely reacting to an MSNBC article titled “Pandemic Fitness Trends Have Literally Gone Extreme.”

Phetasy asked: ‘Aren’t they connecting being healthy with the far right now? I’ve seen so many articles saying ‘oh, the far-right’s obsession with fitness’, like it’s somehow wrong.”

The MMA and comedic commentator agreed: “There’s a giant percentage of our population that’s really lazy and fat, and if you want those people on your team, you have to say, ‘Actually, there’s nothing wrong with being lazy and fat, not being lazy and fat is actually linked to misogyny, racism, fascism and the far right.’

He concluded that people on the left who think this way “are like, ‘Great, let’s just eat donuts and vote blue.'”

Former CNN anchor Brian Stelter shot Rogan after the latter accused him of working for the ‘lizard’ people who run the World Economic Forum.

Podcast host extraordinaire Joe Rogan mocked Brian Stelter for his recent appearance on a panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Stelters CNN’s show Reliable Sources was canceled in August. He said he went to Davos on his own to cover the world summit, where he hosted a panel on hate speech and misinformation.

Last month, Rogan lashed out at Stelter while discussing the much-criticized world conference that takes place annually in Davos, Switzerland.

He and journalist Matt Taibbi mocked and criticized Stelter’s appearance on a panel he hosted, calling him “basically a hooker” and smiling comfortably around elitists seeking to impose restrictive laws on the global masses.

However, Stelter said that, contrary to what Rogan claimed, he did not have “bosses” who were puppeting his performance on the panel and that the journalist traveled to Davos on his own account.

Joe Rogan was wrong again. The World Economic Forum did not ‘hire’ me to ‘work’ in Davos. I went there on my own to write about the conference,” Stelter said in response to a New York Post story about Rogan’s role.

Just a few weeks ago, he was accused of “casually launching anti-Semitism” after trying to defend Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.

Podcaster Joe Rogan compared the trope that Jews are ‘in the money’ to Italians who like pizza on the most recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience.

The 55-year-old was calling out cancel culture on the most recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience when he denounced Republicans for ousting the Democrat from the House Foreign Affairs Committee for her past anti-Semitic remarks.

He cited a 2019 tweet, in which Omar spoke out against US support for Israel, saying: “It’s all about the Benjamins, baby.”

Omar has since apologized for the tweet and admitted it was anti-Semitic, but Rogan said he shouldn’t have, stating: “The idea that Jews don’t like money is ridiculous.” That’s like saying Italians don’t like pizza.

Almost immediately afterward, people took to social media to denounce his comments, saying he was “casually spreading anti-Semitism.”
