Joe Rogan brutally mocks Prince Harry in new Netflix stand up show – and reveals moment he discovered Duke was ‘talking s**t about me’

Joe Rogan has used his new Netflix stand-up comedy show to take a brutal swipe at Prince Harry, calling him a “bitch” and joking about the royal allegedly taking magic mushrooms.

The 57-year-old podcaster also imitated the Duke of Sussex’s British accent when he accused the California resident of Windsor of “talking s**t about me” – a reference to the Sussexes’ public concerns about “Covid misinformation” on the vaccine skeptic’s Spotify show.

Harry and Meghan revealed that they had contacted the music streaming giant in 2022 to “express our concerns” but that they did not part ways with the company. The company later declined to renew Meghan’s podcast Archetypes and rejected the couple’s $20 million exclusive contract.

In Rogan’s new live show Burn the Boats, coming to Netflix this month, Joe takes a merciless approach to Harry.

He said: ‘I’ve been cancelled so much during Covid that sometimes I’ve found out by accident. This is a true story. One time I’ve just woken up, in my underwear, I’ve plopped down, turned on the TV and Prince Harry is talking nonsense about me. I’ve just woken up. I’m vulnerable. I’ve been in my underwear and there’s a prince on TV talking nonsense about me.’

While mocking Harry’s accent, he said, to loud laughter from the crow: ‘He says something like “Joe Rogan is spreading dangerous misinformation about vaccines”. And my first thought was “f**k did I?”

He also ridiculed Harry by imagining what it would be like to be on drugs, then fantasized about how he would tackle him over their fight about vaccines while he was high on hallucinogens.

The New Jersey-born Mr. Rogan said he got Harry drunk and then encouraged him to get stoned with him.

“Can you imagine doing mushrooms with Prince Harry? Imagine if you could trick that guy into doing mushrooms with you,” he said.

“The moment you see him chew it and swallow it. There’s a moment when you eat mushrooms, about 20 minutes after you swallow it, where you know you’re not going to be able to spit it out.

‘And then you’re like, “Oh no, it’s happening,” and you’re face to face with the prince. And this is the thing. Mushrooms take about 40 minutes to work, but after about 35 minutes you can hear them coming. You can hear footsteps in the distance. Meanwhile, Prince Harry is tripping balls.’

To more laughter from the audience, he said, “I’m going to hang over him and say, ‘Are you sure vaccines are safe?’ B**ch, you’re not a scientist.”

Rogan’s drug dream came true while the Duke of Sussex was still at the centre of a lawsuit over the matter.

Donald Trump has previously indicated that Harry, who has lived in the US since 2020, will not receive any “special privileges” and may even be deported if it turns out he provided false information on his visa form.

In the prince’s memoir, Spare, he revealed that he had used drugs in the past, including cocaine, cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms. Under US law, these substances would normally be grounds for a visa application to be rejected.

Harry and Meghan land in Colombia this week for a controversial visit.

The Sussexes are flying to a country widely regarded as more dangerous than Britain. Yet Harry says it is not safe to take his wife and children to the UK, given his dispute with the Home Office over police security.

Meghan Markle hopes Prince Harry can “drop” the legal battle over their family’s safety because she wants the Duke to be “free”, sources say.

Harry is still appealing a UK Supreme Court ruling on his safety after losing several rounds of legal action against the Home Office.

A friend close to Harry said the duke’s calls to his father about the matter have gone “unanswered,” according to a report from People magazine.

Meghan hopes the Duke can “put these lawsuits behind her” and “live in the moment,” sources told the US magazine.

The report quotes a former employee of the Sussexes’ Archewell Foundation as saying: “[Meghan] wants him to be freed from all this, but she also knows that because of everything he’s been through and his love for [her and their children]he can’t do that.

Harry previously told an ITV interviewer that he “will not be taking my wife back to this country” due to “genuine concerns” about security

“She wants him to live in a world where he’s not burdened by this.”

Harry previously told ITV in an interview that he “is not taking his wife back to this country” due to “genuine concerns” about security.

Earlier this year, a High Court judge ruled that Harry had “completely lost” his appeal against a Home Office decision about his safety in the UK.

He had hoped for a judicial inquiry into the decision by the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (RAVEC) to strip his right to automatic police protection after he decided to leave the working royal family.

Harry will still be granted protection if he returns to Britain under certain circumstances, but he will have to give 28 days’ notice of his plans.

Harry reportedly believes his father should intervene in the security issue so that his youngest son and family are safe in the UK.

Communication between Harry and Charles has gone from frustration to “complete silence,” sources told People Magazine.

“He’s not asking his father for a nicer house or nicer cars. He’s asking because of the reality of the situation. He’s taking a risk,” the source said.

The legal battle has fuelled fears that Charles will never be reunited with his grandchildren Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as Harry refuses to bring his family to the UK.

Royal experts told The Mail on Sunday that the king will become “increasingly distant” from the children, in what is an “extremely sad situation”.

King Charles last saw Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, in June 2022, when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned for the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
