Joe Jonas is a doting dad as he steps out with daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, one, in NYC… after custody agreement with ex Sophie Turner

Joe Jonas was ever the doting dad he was on Wednesday when he was spotted taking a walk with his two daughters, Willa and Delphine, in New York City’s Soho neighborhood.

The musician, 34, opted for a casual look, with a black hoodie, black shorts and a matching baseball cap.

The Jonas Brothers member completed his outfit with a pair of white and gray sneakers. Meanwhile, Willa, three, and Delphine, one, looked adorable in matching strawberry print jackets.

During their sunny stroll, the father-of-two was pictured sweetly holding one of his daughters on his shoulders.

The outing comes just weeks after Jonas reached a custody agreement with his estranged wife Sophie Turner, 27.

At one point, the busy star was seen calling on his phone.

Joe also shared a photo of himself on Instagram on Wednesday, apparently taken of him on stage.

In the Polaroid-style photo, he wore a form-fitting white T-shirt and black leather pants while holding a microphone.

In the caption, he simply placed a microphone and movie emoji.

Joe and Turner have agreed to spend two weeks at a time with their daughters until January.

They are also allowed to travel anywhere in the US and Britain, meaning Turner can take the girls to England, which she says will be their “forever home.”

While Jonas takes the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will spend Christmas with them in Britain with her family.

The agreement was reached after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner. The child custody decision is expected to pave the way for the couple’s divorce to be finalized.

The court filing from Turner’s attorney Stephen Cullen called the mediation “ongoing and productive” and that the custody division comes “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”

Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to ‘bring the mercury down’, which he made during a court hearing in New York earlier this month.

Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1, with sources close to him claiming Turner had been partying too much, leaving him alone to care for their daughters.

Turner fired back, accusing Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.

She cited an international child abduction law as the reason for the children’s presence with her.

The split has led to legal proceedings in Miami, Britain and New York, where the child custody issue is being heard.

The court in New York states that both parties are involved in mediation in Great Britain and the US.

The previous interim consent order required the girls to remain in New York.

In the second preliminary consent order, which both parties sought approval from the judge, both parties agreed that the girls will be with Turner from October 9 to 21.

Turner will be allowed to travel with them ‘temporarily’ to anywhere in the US or Britain, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be ‘handed over’ to Jonas.

The transfer must take place at a time and location convenient for both parties, the filing states.

Jonas will be with the children until November 2, when he or their nanny will take them back to New York.

He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, which means the girls will be able to join him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.

During those dates, the group will perform in Austin, Texas; San Diego, California, and Anaheim, California.

They play in Fresno, California on November 2, which could explain why their nanny could take them back to New York for the transfer.

The document states that Turner will have the children for the next two weeks until November 22 and Jonas will have the children for the next two weeks until December 16 on the same terms.

Turner will spend Christmas with her daughters as she will be with them from December 16 to January 7, after which she will have to take them back to New York.

A trial to resolve the custody issues is scheduled for January 2.

Previous legal documents have detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas allegedly saw Turner insult him on their Ring camera.

Two weeks later he filed for divorce, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken.”

But Turner responded with the lawsuit in New York.

In court papers, she claimed the couple sold their Miami home in March and bought a $9 million house near Oxford, Britain, which they intended as their “forever home.”

Turner continued in legal filings in Miami, where she included a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller, showing he was excited about the prospect of living there.
