Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney and his ex-wife Tiffany Fallon have entered into a nasty game of he said, she said as they continue to hurl cheating allegations some two years after going their separate ways.
Joe Don, 47, quietly filed for divorce from the former Playboy model in January 2021 after 15 years of marriage.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZThe country music singer accused his soon-to-be ex of cheating with her personal trainer starting in 2020 and claims the ‘adulterous relationship’ is still going on.

Tiffany, 48, has admitted to the relationship but also accuses the Grammy winner of cheating on her.
However, she claims that it was not the alleged cheating that caused the marriage to fall apart, but her husband’s alleged “habitual alcoholism and drug abuse”. ‘
As evidence, he cited the “Here Comes Goodbye” singer’s arrest in September 2021 on DUI charges after he crashed his car into a tree near his Tennessee home.

He spent two days in jail after pleading guilty in June.
The sentence also required him to attend DUI training.
The musician has denied using drugs, but has admitted to using cocaine and alcohol, and is now seeking treatment.

Joe Don and Tiffany were married in a ceremony in Cabo San Lucas in 2006.
The former couple is also fighting for custody of their three children; Jager, 14; Rachel, 12; and Olivia, eight.
Rascal Flatts was supposed to go on a farewell tour in 2020 to commemorate their 20th anniversary as a band, but the shows were canceled due to the pandemic and there are currently no plans to get the band back together.
