Mace spoke out about how President Biden, along with former Vice President Mike Pence and every president since Ronald Reagan, has mishandled classified documents.

“They have one standard for Donald Trump and another standard for everyone in this thing. If you look at the documents that President Biden had in his garage, thousands of boxes of God knows where in places all over the country that we don’t even know yet. Hillary Clinton has a server in her bathroom in her house with classified information on private email servers. Everyone is held to a different standard, except Donald Trump.”

ABC News reported that the 76-year-old faces four separate counts, all of which carry a potential prison sentence of up to 20 years.

These include: conspiracy to obstruct justice; withholding any document or record; corruptly concealing any document or record; and hiding a document in a federal investigation.

One count carries a 10-year prison sentence: deliberately withholding national defense information.

And the last two counts each have a maximum of five years: plan to conceal and misrepresentations and misrepresentations. Trump’s indictment remains classified, but his decision to make it public means the FBI could open it as early as Friday, ahead of next Tuesday’s Miami court hearing.

Mace also linked the charges against Trump to its FBI oversight committee’s investigation and handling of alleged foreign payments to Biden and his family.

“Every time Biden comes under the microscope, every time we expose corruption by Joe Biden and his family, there is an indictment against Donald Trump.”

Donald Trump is not a fan of mine. he put me first last year. I’m not a shill, but I see this, how unfair it’s been,” she continued.

Other House Republicans have fired attacks at the DOJ, even beginning to question why other candidates are running against Trump in 2024.

“Any candidate for president who refuses to immediately, unequivocally and publicly declare the [DOJ]”The … politically motivated witch hunt against President Trump is nothing short of an enemy of the people,” wrote GOP Rep. Andy Ogles, Tenn., on Twitter.

The entire Democrat Leviathan has mobilized against President Trump. The DOJ, the FBI, New York prosecutors, Georgia prosecutors, the mainstream media, etc. But are we getting a GOP primary? America, Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee,” said first-year Maryland Republican Representative Wesley Hunt.
