Jodie Whittaker cut a stylish figure in a teal suit as she attended the world premiere for her latest episode of Doctor Who at the Curzon Bloomsbury in Mayfair on Tuesday.

The Broadchurch star, who will regenerate in the next incarnation of the time traveler in the episode The Power Of The Doctor, opted for the oversized two-piece and a white printed T-shirt when she joined co-stars Sacha Dhawan and Mandip Gill.

Also in attendance at the premiere were stars Janet Fielding and Sophie Aldred, who will reprise their roles as classic companions Tegan Jovanka and Ace, respectively.

Jodie, who made her debut as the first-ever female Doctor in 2017, cut a stylish figure in an oversized teal blazer and matching flared trousers.

The actress paired the outfit with a white T-shirt decorated with a galaxy print and white heels.

Meanwhile, Mandip, who has played the doctor’s companion and love interest Yaz, wore a chic white three-piece suit as she posed with her co-stars at the premiere.

Bye! The episode, titled The Power Of The Doctor, will be Jodie’s last as the titular time traveler and will coincide with the BBC’s 100th anniversary.

The pair included Sacha, who will reprise his role as iconic Who villain The Master, and Gemma Redgrave, who plays UNIT boss Kate Stewart.

The highly anticipated final trailer for The Power Of The Doctor was released on Saturday, revealing that Jodie’s swan song would be broadcast on Sunday, October 23 as part of the BBC’s 100th anniversary celebrations.

The eponymous character will have to face both Daleks and Cybermen in the episode, as the short trailer showed her frantically dodging laser beams.

Sacha Dhawan, who plays The Master, can be seen in the trailer telling the Doctor, ‘This is the day you will be erased forever’.

A Dalek raid on Earth is also teased, with the cast in an intense battle against time to save the universe.

It has also been suggested that after decades apart, Tegan and Ace will be reunited with The Doctor as she prepares for an epic final battle with The Master.

Jodie’s role will be taken over by Sex Education actor Ncuti Gatwa, and former showrunner Russell T. Davies will also return on the show.

Ncuti becomes the first black Doctor in the show’s history, marking another milestone for the long-running BBC series.

And during its run, the show will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2023 – with the return of beloved 10th Doctor, David Tennant, who will appear alongside Catherine Tate and reprise her role as companion Donna Noble.

Jodie previously teased the episode, explaining to Empire Magazine, “It has all the iconic stuff you associate with Doctor Who. It’s huge.’

And as she spoke of her impending departure from the screen, she admitted, “I can’t talk about it without crying. When I could see that the crew was happy with that last shot, my lower lip started to tremble.

“I was like, ‘Well, they can’t say they need another take now because I’ve lost it!'” she joked.

The Power Of The Doctor airs on BBC One on Sunday 23 October at 7.30pm.
