‘I’ll recover in six weeks’: Jodie Marsh reveals she had sting surgery as she shares candid photo from her hospital bed

Jodie Marsh worried about her Instagram followers on Friday when she shared a photo from her hospital bed.
The former glamor model, 43, revealed she recently had surgery ‘under general anesthesia’ and had now been recovering for six weeks.
Jodie did not disclose the reason for the surgery, but reassured her fans that she had now returned home to recover.

In the photo, the bodybuilder was wearing a hospital gown with an IV in the back of her heavily tattooed hand.
She wrote: ‘I had surgery under general anesthesia yesterday – I was allowed out last night and my father, who had been waiting for me, took me out for some food as I hadn’t eaten in 24 hours’.
‘We found a great vegan restaurant and we both loved it and filled our faces (pics to follow) – anyway I’m 6 weeks in recovery and have to take it very easy and can’t lift anything heavy so trust me now to friends and daddy to help me do the animals every day’.

In 2021, Jodie traded the red carpet for the farm yard and opened her own sanctuary called Fripps Farm, where she keeps 106 animals that need rehoming.
She went on to say, ‘I’m fine with feeding them all’ [her animas] I just can’t lift heavy water buckets and heavy food packages.”
‘For that matter, I urgently need pig nuts, chicken feed and reading grass for the ponies if they want those off the wish list. So anyway, I’m fine and home and a little sore, but I’m taking it easy for the next 6 weeks.”

It comes after the former Celebrity Big Brother star listed her ‘cheating’ ex Billy Collins Nuttall’s Gucci shoes for £300 on Depop after discovering ‘revealing photos of other women on his phone’.
Jodie announced her divorce from the 26-year-old Elvis impersonator last week, when she revealed she sold “a lot of men’s stuff” earlier this year.
The media personality announced the news of her split from Billy in May with a lengthy statement, claiming she discovered revealing photos of other women on his phone.
She took to Instagram to share a photo of the designer boots, saying that all “proceeds go to her animal rescue.”
In addition to the Gucci shoes, she also listed two quirky pairs of Dr Marten boots, one for £100 and the other for £120.
Jodie wrote: ‘Guys you might want to see on my depop. Added a lot of men’s stuff today.’
She added that the shoes “come with a signed photo of Jodie Marsh” showing “all proceeds for the rescue of Fripps farm animals.”
