Jodie Foster, 60, makes a rare sighting with her son Kit, 21, towering over the Oscar-winning actress in New York City
Jodie Foster and her tall son Kit were spotted having a late lunch in New York City over the weekend.
The Silence Of The Lambs actress, 60, looked casual in a black and white striped T-shirt, bright blue sweatpants and black sandals. She had a white sweater tied around her neck and was carrying a shoulder bag.
Kit, 21, wore a green shirt and brown pants with black sneakers. He had a hoodie with him.
The duo dined at celebrity hotspot Sant Ambroeus in The West Village.
Kit is the youngest child of the Academy Award winner. She shares him and his older brother Charles, with her film producer ex-partner, Cydney Bernard.

The Contact star and Cydney started dating in 1993 after meeting on the set of the romantic drama Sommersby starring Richard Gere.
They separated in May 2008 after 15 years together.
Kit and Charles were conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Jodie never revealed the identity of the boys’ father.
However, the The Accused star has said she would tell her sons who their father is when they turn 21.
Kit performs more often with his mother. Last month, he was spotted with the Taxi Driver star and her wife of nine years, Alexandra Hedison, 53, in Manhattan.
Before that, the young man had not been seen since 2021.
Kit attends the prestigious Princeton University, where he studies chemistry.

Jodie – who hasn’t appeared in a regular television role since Paper Moon in 1974 and guest-starred on The Simpsons in 2009 as the voice of the usually taciturn character Maggie – investigates the mysterious disappearances of six people from a research station in Ennis, Alaska in the series.
A description from HBO reads: “As the long winter night falls in Ennis, Alaska, the six men who operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station disappear without a trace.
“To solve the case, Detectives Liz Danvers and Evangeline Navarro will have to confront the darkness they carry within themselves and dig for the haunting truths buried beneath the eternal ice.”
The drama previously starred Matthew McConaughey, Rachel McAdams, and Carmen Ejogo.
