James Packer’s ex-wife Jodhi Meares has put her Sydney heritage home back on the market.
The former swimwear model, 53, has put the property up for sale with an asking price of $4.8 million.
The fisherman’s cottage was briefly for sale at the end of August, before being taken off the market.
The fashion designer bought the beautiful property, located in the exclusive suburb of Watsons Bay, in 2017 for $2.75 million.
The beautiful two-storey property was built in the 1880s and features a large dining area, two spacious upstairs bedrooms and an adjacent master bathroom.
It has been extensively renovated and features stylish contemporary architecture, decorated with beautiful eggshell paint and a large front and rear garden.
The accommodation is perfect for both families and guests and offers beautiful views of nature and the picturesque surroundings.
It is expected to be particularly attractive to potential buyers due to its incredible design and desirable location.

Jodhi married billionaire James Packer in 1999 before splitting in 2002.
Four years ago, Woman’s Day reported that James still had Jodhi’s number on “speed dial” and “called her all the time” when he needed support.
She then dated singer Jon Stevens from 2013 to 2015, and they were even engaged.
Jodhi was then briefly linked to property developer Michael Reid in Sydney in May 2019, after she shared a photo of the pair looking cozy on a boat, alongside a telling caption that read: ‘Debut selfie’.

Just two months later, the brunette debuted her relationship with Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell.
The couple dated on and off before finally calling it quits in January 2020.
